20.4 Location
20.4.1 The headquarters of the KWEA Scholarship Fund shall be at the office of the KWEA, Secretary/Treasurer.
20.5 Governance
20.5.1 The governing body of the KWEA Scholarship Fund shall be a standing committee of the Association.
20.6 Structure
20.6.1 The affairs of the KWEA Scholarship Fund shall be managed by a committee consisting of five members appointed by the Executive Board of the KWEA. The committee membership shall be as follows:
Chairman: May be a member of the Executive Board or a member at large. The Chairman shall report directly to the KWEA Executive Board and shall serve at its discretion.
Vice Chairman: Shall be the current Vice-President of the KWEA.
Member: Shall be a current Trustee of the KWEA, who currently serves as representative to KETS.
Member: Shall be a member at large of the KWEA.
Member: Shall be a member at large of the KWEA.
