11.1 Payment of Dues
11.1.1 For each Active, Corporate, Student, Professional Wastewater Operations, Retired, and Dual Member, the annual dues shall be determined by the Board and shall include the current dues for each class of membership as established by the Board of Directors of the Federation.
11.1.2 Annual dues will be billed directly to Association Members by the Federation Executive Director. Dues shall be payable within 1 month after a Member's anniversary date.
11.1.3 Dues are payable for a 12 month period beginning with the first date of membership that is defined as the anniversary date.
11.1.4 The member dues shall include an annual payment to the Federation. The annual dues shall be such that the Association also retains a fixed amount from the total dues payments. Dues and retention will be set and coordinated by the Association and the Federation. Dues shall be required for Active, Corporate, Retired, Professional Wastewater Operations Member, Dual Member, and Student Member. Honorary and Life Members shall pay no dues. No Federation dues are payable in the case of Federation Honorary Members, Federation Life Members, Associate Members, or Dual Members.
