10.2.1 Qualifications
10.2.1.1 Any person professionally engaged or interested in the advancement of knowledge relating to the objectives of the Federation and the Association.
10.2.1.2 Shall be entitled to receive publications of the Federation, as authorized by its Board of Directors, and publications of the Association, as authorized by its Board of Directors, for the Active membership class.
10.2.2 Rights and Privileges
10.2.2.1 Shall be an eligible voting member of the Association. Shall have all the rights and privileges granted by the Federation and Association, including the rights to hold office and serve on committees.
