Collection Systems – Annual Conference & Workshops
Sub-Committee Chair
Cliff Cate
The Annual Conference and Workshops Sub-Committee's activities involve coordinating the Collection Systems technical session for the KWEA Annual Conference as well as coordinating any presentations and papers for workshops or mini-conferences that are scheduled.
Goals and Objectives
- Organize and develop the Collection Systems technical session for the Annual Conference in coordination with the KWEA Program Chair by soliciting papers and presenters, creating panel discussions and working with federal and state regulators, engineers, contractors, vendors, manufacturers, municipalities and educational institutions to develop a comprehensive and interesting program. Schedule the appropriate persons for moderator, co-moderator and session assistant.
- Coordinate all activities associated with the Annual Conference for the Collection Systems Committee, such as organizing a table with the appropriate materials, documents, buttons and awards information concerning the committee and its activities.
- Develop a technical session on the topic of collection systems as required for any workshop or mini-conference by soliciting and organizing appropriate papers and presenters, in coordination with the other sub-committees.
